Personal Background
Jennifer grew up in Salem, Virginia and left the Blue RidgeMountain region in 1992 to pursue her college education in Williamsburg, Virginia. Upon completion of her graduate degree, she left Virginia for Knoxville, Tennessee. At the University of Tennessee, Jennifer spent more than 5 years as a major gift fundraiser for the College of Arts and Sciences, eventually serving as the Director of Development for the largest college on campus. Jennifer administered an endowment of more than $30 million dollars while implementing the restructure of the college´s new public relations campaign and managing 3 full-time employees. Jennifer served in this role until her move to Montgomery County, Maryland.
Upon her move to Maryland, Jennifer decided to apply her experiences in negotiation, event planning, contracts and management to the field of real estate. Jennifer now lives in Rockville, Maryland with her husband, Charles, her infant daughter, Maeve, and her faithful border collie, Indy.

After 20 years in sales as a Regional Director for a retail chain, Shari Gordon began her real estate career in 2001 with a firm in McLean, Virginia.She was quickly promoted and managed operations of their Maryland offices in Rockville and Annapolis.For the past 2 years, Shari has put her experience to work locally in her Kentlands neighborhood.She has sold over 20 Kentlands and Lakelands homes for her neighbors and is truly an area expert.

Giulia was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Kensington, Maryland. After earning her degree from the University of Maryland, Giulia worked at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) where she was responsible for managing several inter-departmental programs and for event planning. In her next position, she served as business and project manager for a private development company. Giulia embarked on her career in real estate in 2009, and is excited to bring her many years of client relations and managerial experience to the Mike Aubrey team.
Giulia currently lives in the Kentlands with her husband, son, and dog. As a full-time agent on Mike Aubrey´s Team, she looks forward to helping you find your dream home and to making your home-buying experience simple, professional, and stress-free!
Maria Harakidas Office Manager Licensed Assistant in MD
Born & raised in southern New Jersey, Maria began working in Real Estate in 2003 as an administrative assistant. Working "behind the scenes" 6 days a week, she soaked up everything she could learn about the industry while attending The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey to continue her education. Maria graduated in 2007 with a B.A. in Economics and in 2008 she left New Jersey to pursue opportunities in Montgomery County, Maryland. That same year, Maria earned her Maryland Real Estate license and has been working as a licensed assistant ever since.
As Office Manager, Maria makes sure all of the "i´s are dotted and t´s crossed" and helps to coordinate a smooth transaction for all parties from listing, to contract, to close. She is an excellent source to direct any questions or concerns you may have and is always eager to offer any assistance.
